A word he's used to describe journalists

US President Donald Trump has revealed that there is an insult that really gets to him, and you’d be surprised at how common the word is.

He has been called a “tyrant” and even a “dictator” before, but these are nothing compared to the one insult which he cannot stand, according to the president himself.

Trump, 79, revealed it all at a rally on Friday, adding that the word bothered him to such an extent that he had to take “measures” to silence the critics.

Apparently it’s the world “dumb” that makes weak even the world’s most powerful man.

“They hit me with a bad one: He’s a dumb person. D-U-M, not the B”, Trump told the crowd at Rockland Community College in New York, adding that “Most people don’t know it has a B.”

Trump, however, has referred to journalists as “dumb”, using the very same insult he hates.

Talking about the ballroom that is under construction at The White House, he told a journalist “I doubled the size of it you dumb person”.

While he was speaking to supporters at what was billed as a rally focused on affordability, Trump launched into a story about a conversation he had with his doctor.

This comes as critics recently have questioned his mental acuity, as in recent months there have been doubts he has been in a cognitive decline.

“I said, ‘Doctor, I don’t mind being called a brilliant tyrant dictator, but I don’t want to be called dumb’”, Trump revealed.

“‘What do I do, doctor? Is there some kind of test I can take?’ He said, ‘Actually, sir, there is. It’s a cognitive test.’ I said, ‘How many presidents have taken it?’ ‘None… No people have taken it.’ I said, ‘Well, is it good or bad? Is it tough?’”, he went on.

Trump's history with cognitive tests

As he described the test in detail, Trump told supporters that the questions “start off easy”, but they become increasingly difficult as the continue.

“So, the first question was: you have a bear, a snake, an elephant, and a horse. Name the horse. That’s the horse,” Trump said, acting out the exchange.

“But toward the end, they had a question, like, ‘Pick a number sir, any number. OK, 203. Multiply times nine, divide by two, add on 1324 subtract 1292. Sir. Multiply it out one more time by 19. What’s the answer, sir?’

“And I got it right”, Trump claimed.

The president is expected to undergo another cognitive evaluation at Walter Reed Hospital on Monday for a medical and dental checkup.

As per The Daily Beast, this is his fourth publicized examination since returning to office for another term.
